Hi all, I want to correct a mistake I made in my previous post regarding the natural and synthetic forms of vitamin E. I stated that natural vitamin e was d - alpha tocopherol (and it is). I also stated that the synthetic had no "d" in front of it in its chemical name, however, what I should have remembered, and said, is that the synthetic forms are labled with a dl prefix (a small letter D and L). I am sorry for any confusion I may have caused. When reading labels: natural = d -alpha tocopherol and synthetic = dl-alpha tocopherol.
