I too had been using Pro Plan and I loved the results. However about 4 months ago, I got a bag full of worms. So I returned it and the next bag also had worms. I don't know what they did to their formula but it sure wasn't working. Now I am feeding Nutro Chicken and rice. They have been on it for about 4 months and I love it. I also add AFS to my kibble each feeding. About 1/2 cup kibble and about 1/4 cup AFS. I seem to have less weight problems with my spayed and neutered dogs. All but Nikki, no matter how little I feed her she seems to gain weight.
Someone told me that if I fed her straight AFS, she would no longer have a weight problem. Does anyone know anything about this? I would appreciate any information. Also since she is pregnant should I switch her now or wait until after she has weaned her litter.
