I thought the Wellness kibble smelled very strongly of fish, and my dogs stools(etc) also smelled that way.I stopped feeding it even though he loved the smell of the food and ate it enthusiasticly.I now have him on Canidae, and his coat looks the best it's ever looked.(He also eats Canidae eagerly) Sue B
