That does sound like a bit of trouble for you. Paypal isn't very
expensive at all in changing currency, but if you aren't happy to use
it, perhaps you could tell us the cost of shipping to the U.S. for both
the diary and calendar? I will get a UK money order from my bank; it
just takes time.
