Hi Folks, I just subscribed to the list. My name is Judy DuRoss and I live
in California. My kennel affix is Canyoncrest. I have five cavaliers and am
active in the AKC and CKCSC. (I'm on the Board of Directors for the COTW) My
oldest boy is a ten year old black and tan, Tahoka, whom I fear I won't have
much longer. He has MVD. I also have four bitches, two I co-own with Betty
Turner (Hazelford Hot Fudge "Sundae" and Hazelford Vain Glory: both finished
champions) and two pups from Myra and Pat Savant. (Gardengate Parfait and
Gardengate Chocolate Eclair)
I bred one litter but it may be my last... it was scary. They kept
trying to die on me! We will be breeding Sundae shortly but Betty has
promised to whelp the litter. Whew!
I'm also the CKCSC Recue coordinator for southern California and enjoy
this role. This summer I placed seven dogs in wonderful homes. Four were
from the San Diego raid. One is with Rosanne Cleveland King in Kentucky who,
I believe, has posted about her.
