And what is the bit of trouble being referred to? Thousands and thousands of people use PayPal every day. Including me. Having a problem with them is no more likely than having a problem with your bank or the postal service or Fedex. Of course with all those transactions every day, some will have problems but it's a good deal safer than handing your Visa card over to the guy at the gas station or the waiter in a restaurant. (A lot of PayPals problems arise from their strict security policies -- necessary because so many people are out to scam them.)
