These messages are not coming from the list and not coming from the people they purport to come from. The email was in SOMEONE ELSE's mailbox and sent from there. Your name was on the message because your name was in the address book -- not necessarily a message you wrote. It happened because someone has a virus. Just DO NOT open attachments.
