Amanda, I have a Hale Security Pet Door. I have atrium doors to my deck, and had to install it in the wall. It has a white frame (powder coated finish), and is very unobtrusive. People who come into my home don't even realize it's there until they hear the dogs go out. It also is wonderful as far as not letting heat or cool air escape. It has a heavy vinyl flexible flap, and weather stripping. The link is below. They make several different styles--to work with doors, walls, through glass, etc. It also has a nice cover and a dead bolt lock.
