Peggy, Question, is any alteration to a dog a violation of rules? I personally have seen "eyeliner" put on a dogs nose to blacken it, and this was by a well known breeder, not a handler. Of course there are dogs out there who have had surgeries to crorrect faults - is that also a violation....or just an alteration?
