Roger... As noted in this article that the The British Veterinary Association (BVA) and The Kennel Club in the UK (TKC) has "joined forces" to develop and implement this excellent evaluation system. If you review this article you can see how well develop their criteria is and that it has both a quantitative (Norberg angle) and a qualitative component (with a very detailed indice). The Norberg angle component lend to sound statistical analysis. I see that the Norberg angle is being researched at some USA vet schools (as review in the abstracts). I do not feel this system is available to the American's breeder, since it directly connected with the European registries. If a dog is going to be imported, it could be scored before shipping along as it is one year of age or older.
