Just read the Message Board weekly--you will quickly get a lesson in what is
really happening out there.

We are all either more left brained or more right brained--we can't help it.
We are genetically programmed to be what we are. A person who is more left
brained is not going to breed with their right brain or vice versa. There
are breeders who think almost equally with both sides of their brain--but
that carries it's own set of problems (and benefits) as well. Just like
anything else, there are positives and negatives to everything.

What is more important is that we realize that both types of breeders are
needed! For those who are more into health and function--they need those
who are more into beauty and type to keep them from going too far away from
type. For those who are more into beauty and type--they need those who are
more into health and function to keep from going too far away from health
and vigor.

Genetic diversity isn't just important in regards to health and vigor, it
also contributes positively to the way in which we breed and helps create
balance as none of us are perfect either!
