Today while out doing errands, I spotted a Cavalier in a Debbie's Petland. It was a puppy and was sharing a cage with another puppy of another breed. About 10 years ago we saw a Cavalier in another Debbies and did some checking and they got that one from Missouri. If anyone could give me any suggestions of what I could do to help this puppy, I would appreciate it. I know buying them would just get another one in it's place, but the puppy looked so sad in that cage.
