Hi Shailabh, Tried using your version of cfq-iosched.c in 2.6.8.1. On boot it would get the following debug message, which appears to be caused by the call to mempool_alloc() from cfq_get_queue. The 2.6.8.1 version of cfq-iosched.c calls mempoll_alloc with a GFP_ATOMIC flag rather than GFP_NOIO. Any way, I'll wait for you to finish the port of your work in e16 to 2.6.8.1.
