That cpu scheduler is against 2.6.8.1  + ckrm-e16   not against a SLES9
kernel. The main differences will be that the 2.6.5 based kernels for
SLES9 maintain certain definitions in different files.

So this patch will not cleanly apply to SLES9 GA.
