It is in the CKRM e17 patch. Not the cpu patch but the ordinary one. It
seems to be being used by the delay accounting code.
BTW I've also noticed that you've reverted to the old CONFIG_SCHED_SMT
code in schedule() but are using the new version of dependent_sleeper()
which is inefficient when used with the old method. It would be easier
to pass "next" into that function (just like in the old version) instead
of it looking for it itself.
Also, have you tried compiling with CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU set?
