Hi Chandra,

In f series ckrm, the ckrm_taskfork() hooks at wrong place.

The problem is that the child task has not been re-parented yet
in the current hooked place, so p->parent still points the parent's
parent. Therefore a process is classified to its grand parent's
class. It is odd.

I think just after or before the cpuset_fork(p) is called
in the copy_process() is an appropriate place for hooking by
the ckrm_taskfork(p).
