        I've been using 2.6.14 and 2.6.15 for my recent CKRM-related work (a
userspace RBCE).

        While the core CKRM framework can often apply to newer kernel versions
the controllers (released separately from the core framework) are
generally more tightly bound to the kernel version. Controller authors
could best describe which version(s) and how adaptable their patches
have been to new kernels.
