Correct. Here is the detailed semantics:
- There is a default group. 
- Init task belong to the default group. (user can change this later)
- User can create a new group
- User can move tasks from one group to another
- New tasks always inherit their parent's group
- At exit a task is disassociated from a group
- Every task belong to one (and only) resource group.
