I'm just taking a look at these patches now.
A couple of nits I noticed offhand:
1) I don't think you should include utsrelease.h in a patch.
Isn't that file generated on the fly by the top Makefile?
2) There's an extra space at the end of the Google copyright line.
I'm going to see if this boots and if cpusets work.
