This is still in now shape to be made public but I did incorporate what I think was all the questions and answers folks have sent. And I wrote an answer for the SETF question. I'm going to try to write/edit one answer per day, at least, and publish the updated FAQ every day. I also intend to make a project page so we can get this project blessed as an official Gardener's project. Anyway, check out:
