cl-opengl does not depend on glut, so you should be able to use it
with any other methods of creating an OpenGL context, for example
lispbulder-sdl, cl-glfw, glop, etc.  You just need to set
%gl:*gl-get-proc-address* to whatever function is used to get GL
extension pointers on that platform/library.
