TickExtractor example used an old version of libresample which couldn't be found anywhere on internet. Because of that we had to include the source code in clam subversion.
I just changed the example to use libsamplerate instead and removed libresample code from subversion. You can find libsamplerate at http://www.mega-nerd.com/SRC or using packages for your distro (debian/ubuntu libsamplerate-dev).
