Some months ago we deployed a new 64bits testfarm client but the
long-run tests which tries to load every network in the repository
never worked. This was because some test networks in linux required the
running user to be in the 'audio' group to access the midi sequencer
system. So i just report that for the record.
Also I recently added the pyside dependency ipyclam. In ubuntu, the
whole set of packages that need to be installed besides the ones for
clam (see the README file) are:
libboost-python-dev
python-sip-dev
libshiboken-dev
libpyside-dev
I am considering to make pyside vs pyqt a compile time option or
optional plugin libraries so that using ipyclam doesnt require
installing both which is a nonsense. You usually want to work just with
one of them.
David.
