Looks like I have to do a workaround myself, since except setting ArchiveMaxCompressionRatio to 0 there's no solution ... The name ArchiveMaxCompressionRatio is IMHO wrong since it should be named ArchivedFileMaxCompressionRatio, and ArchiveMaxCompressionRatio should be the whole archive itself.
