Lemme get the point: You are a coder and not a lawyer. You have no OSS inclination. Which is why you are asking on an OSS coders mailing list how to resolve your own legal issues; notably how to workaround (some would say skrew) the GPL limitations without paying a penny to either the software makers, nor to your poor lawyer.
