There are moments when I stop clamd and then start it and it would fail
to start. I have to do several `./clamd.sh stop`, then cp /dev/null to
clamd.log then `./clamd.sh start`, it would then start. While it refuses,
the following messages are written to the log file:

Why does it fail to bind when I've already stopped it? Must I do
`killall -9 clamd` ? Is anyone else seeing this? FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE
Finally, it would start though....
