I am running FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE on production here, with ALL mail passing through
clamd. I installed the latest snapshot yesterday, and I have ScanMail enabled.

I haven't had any issues so far so I would give a thumbs up for the snapshot!
With the previous one, I had so many problems, including processor high loads.
