I've just tried using freshclam to update my virus databases. I've also tried replacing them from the ones provided on the website.
I'm using clamav 0.60 with qmail-scanner-1.16 and have had no problem up until now. The virus databases are also in the proper directory. This is the original directory I have always had them in.
