could you manage to catch the files crashing clamd ? I suspect the directory
/var/spool/exim/scan/1A25Yc-0001MM-9f has been removed by Exiscan, but maybe
you can disable directory cleaning (hope you have a big hdd ;)) and clean
/var/spool/exim/scan from time to time by hand ?
