Hi there. I've recently come across clamAV, and it looks like a useful
piece of software.

I'm having some trouble with it on the latest Cygwin (updated today); I've
ran "./configure --disable-clamav", which built the Makefile (although it
said something about not seeing GNU MP, which is odd as I built that myself
as well), followed by "make" (had to make a minor adjustment to freshclam.c
to put "char *newdir" outside of the ifndef so "make" stopped complaining)
and "make install".

Now, when I run "clamscan -r -l scan.txt clamav-0.65" as suggested in the
docs, it immediately comes back with "ERROR: MD5 verification error.", and
all of the "scan summary" numbers are 0 except for "I/O Buffer Size" and
"Time".

This happens no matter what syntax follows "clamscan -r".

Any suggestions? I'm sure it's something simple but I can't find a
reference to the error either via Google or searching the mailing list
archives.

Thanks,
Glenn
