ps ax | grep clamd | grep -v grep Is clamd running?
i get nothing. clamd isn't running.
i think the perl script "checkvirus.pl" (filter) which xmail is using to check for viruses uses clamscan and not clamd.
Secondly, what does this cron job do? Freshclam???
