I have ClamAV 0.67 working under OpenBSD 3.4. I just compiled it from
source so there is no package. Once I tumbled to the need to include
/usr/local/include on the include path, /usr/local/lib on the library
path and the need to link with pthread it went without problem.
It is now working and, so far, much better than 0.65 did.
