Are you definitly using clamscan -m? Just because the scanning and mail mangling are done within the same library for clamscan and clamd...The following bounce message we received contains Worm.SCO.A-dam:
http://www.engr.ucsb.edu/~toad/undetected.virus.mail
The online scanner on the submission page correctly identified it from the mail message when I submitted it for checking.
However, clamscan in neither my installation of 0.65 nor my installation of the latest snapshot:
clamscan / ClamAV version devel-20040218 clamd / ClamAV version devel-20040218
detect it. Other viruses and also the test signature are detected properly.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
