Thanks for the reply. Dont worry about that file. That is a file I created to test something else. Sorry for the confusion.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ What is this file? Is it created at every start or what?... What happens if you remove it or change its ownership to clamav.root (or just clamav.)?
Though it may be a blind shot, as error is connected with other file (e.g. /var/amavis/amavis-07047767/parts)...

Lot's of e-mail is scanned with clamd normaly and than I get the same error. Maybe it's a timeout problem ? Or maybe amavis calls clamav too early so the files aren't there yet?
(Just some shots in the dark as I haven't investigated yet)
