That did it, thanks!  Frankly I'm surprised.  I would not have thought that
an application would soak up so much CPU using urandom.  Is there actually a
known bug in either ClamAV or OBSD's urandom?

Do you suffer from an interminable wait while it starts up as well?  If so
try compiling without urandom support.
