I am reposting this... have yet to get an answer.

Nigel, please read this and comprehend it. Yes, libmilter is installed,
please stop asking the same question. I have a perfectly working copy of
clamav 0.65 and clamav-milter 0.60b running on this same server. NOTE: in
order to get that version of clamav-milter to make, I discovered the
makefile is looking in the completely wrong locations for various files,
after making the appropriate symlinks it built fine.

Now of course a new version, and its not working again. Clamd builds fine,
but not clamav-milter. I am assuming, once again it is looking for files in
the wrong locations, what has changed? Seeing as nothing on my system has,
it would appear once again, it (clamav-0.67-1) is looking for necessary
files for clamav-milter in the wrong locations, but I could be wrong. That
is what I have included the text from my config.log files.

Can someone please help!?

Thank you,
James

Subject: [Clamav-users] Problems building clamav-milter included with
clamav-0.67-1 on redhat 9

Can anyone tell me why, clamav-milter is not being made based off of this
config.log file. I am compiling clamav-0.67-1. Clamd compiles and installs
fine, but nothing for clamav-milter. I have/had a working version of clamav
0.65 and clamav-milter 0.60p.

Linux, redhat 9.0, with sendmail 8.12.11 built from src distribution not
rpms.

Thanks
James
