The default amavisd-new configuration file is already pre-configured for clamd as a primary scanner and clamscan as a secondary. Besides maybe correcting a few paths (to the clamd socket and maybe to the binaries themselves) there's not really much to it, and amavisd-new does the job quite well (and the setup can handle large mail loads without trouble (25000 daily mails in my case on a 1.4GHz Opteron and 1GB RAM (soon 2GB) - RAM is something you want a lot of if you have amavisd-new extract zip, lha, zoo, tgz etc archives and scan them (which you really should)). /Jesper Juhl ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net is sponsored by: Speed Start Your Linux Apps Now.
