Depending how you install clamav, clamav devel package is also needed - make install by default installs clamav.h in /usr/local/include. You may need to force build process to search include files also from this path (I don't know how).



Aaaah ... that makes sense.
I found clamav.h under /usr/local/include. make install must've put it there.
You might be able to force build process to look there by executing


export CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include

before perl -M CPAN -e shell
Or, just copy it manually to /usr/include :)
