Might be, use something like
grep FOUND clamd.log | cut -d: -f4 | awk '{print $1}' | sort | uniq -c | sort -k1nr,1
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Where '^^^' part is responsible for getting virusname out of clamd.log.
Or better use perl =)
