that remark seems not so bad as I thought first. May it be that clamscan
does not respect the config file? If I add the -d option to tell clamscan
where to find the database, it works correctly. Without that it fails.

Is that a bug or a feature? In the clamscan.c there is included the
clamav-config.h, but the defined constant isn't used anywhere in the
source. All for clamav 0.70.
