Looks like you didn't specify --mbox



I am using Amavis + clamav; clamd is the main scanner; ; clamscan as secondary (backup) Antivirus scanner.
using the standard configuration, clamd has MaxThreads=5;
If Amavis cant use clamd then calls clamscan, but in this case it lacks the --mbox.


I suspect then that Amavis called clamscan because it reached 5 clamd threads, and the virus was not detected because of the lack of --mbox.


I had better to contact Amavis team ...
