Then don't use the template, the default message includes the information you want:

The message i4VDuMdH009482 sent from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to
        <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
contained Eicar-Test-Signature and has not been delivered.

I don't use the subject, since it's bogus it's a waste of time - if I wanted it I 
could find the relavant entry
in the quarantine.
