 Sanitizer, not procmail. If you are running a script/programme to parse the
emails and call clamav to scan for virii, then you need to configure relevant
script/programme to either delete or quarantine that message dependant upon the
return status of clamav. At the moment, you haven't configured sanitizer to do
anything with the infected email, so it's just passing it on.
 Also, as an aside, don't configure your system to send sender notifications for
quarantined/deleted mails containing virii. This just causes useless emails to
be sent to the (generally speaking) wrong sender, as the sender addresses are
usually fake.

 I would honestly suggest that you reread the sanitizer documentation.
