2nd problem was:

amavis_new and clamav are configurated to communicate
over sockets.

In amavid.conf there was the helping socket for amavis
input the same as for communication to clam. Therefore
it is important to UNSET unix_socketname:

#$unix_socketname = "$MYHOME/amavisd.sock"
