1. Turn off HTML in your email client.
2. Turn off Dan's Guardian and see if you can access any web pages.
3. Re-enable Dan's Guardian but configured not to use ClamAV (how does ClamAV 
integrate with DG, by the way?) and see if you can access any web pages.
4. Re-configure DG to use ClamAV again and see if you can access any web 
pages.

Depending on how far you got through the above list before you were unable to 
see any web pages:

After step 2: you have some networking problem, nothing to do with Dan's 
Guardian or ClamAV.

After step 3: you have a problem with Dan's Guardian, nothing to do with 
ClamAV.

After step 4: please tell us how ClamAV is being integrated with Dan's 
Guardian, and confirm that ClamAV itself is installed and working correctly 
(eg: clamscan will scan files and indentify an Eicar test)
