This is because you haven't run freshclam first, or it cannot find the db. Check your logfiles /var/log/clamav/clamd.log

That looks like two different tests... like you skipped the razor tests the first time and ran them the second time... disabling razor tests IIRC in the spamassassin config gets around this.
