Install it, and rebuild clamav.
I think you should include the resulting libgmp.so.3 (?) on your
distribution too so
that others don't have to compile libgmp manually (which is against
the concept of having a "double-clik" installer in the first place).

You could either :
- chown the database directory to clamav user, or
- modify freshclam.conf to run freshclam as root. This might be easier
for automated distribution.
