1) Runs daemonised to save reloading database each time. Used in
   conjunction with clamdscan.

2) Nothing. Setup is user dependant.

3) Identifies virii. The rest is system/integration dependant.

 If you don't mind me saying, these are very windowesque type questions.
Recent convert by any chance? :)
