Hi guys I just installed and ran clamd. I was wondering what does the STREAM command do ? When I tried the option I got the port number back and then I telnet to the port and sent a file(which clamd SCAN reported as infected) I got the message stream OK.This is how I sent the file :
telnet 10.5.23.7 32089 < virusfile Any thoughts ? In the larger what I am trying to achieve is the send my web traffic or other traffic through clamav for virus detection. Will that work ? thanks swami --
