Those figures could be right if spammers send chinese/korean zombies after you. However, in the 'western' world the ratio PTR yes/no is much higher. Almost all the USA broadband zombies have rdns. And still loads of legit mail servers have no rdns.

It's a choice you make. I don't do it, because I can stop spam
with other means. But I can't bring back legit emails from
people/companies that wont/can't/ect have rdns on their mailserver ip.
